• Bowie and Dick test packs and test sheets detect the presence of residual air in pre vacuum steam sterilizers-autoclaves operating at 121° – 134°C.
• A Bowie Dick test should be performed at least once daily on the bottom shelf, over the drain closest to the door in an otherwise empty chamber.
